Last October Blackspruce Farm Tours had a pumpkin patch, every person paid an addmisson fee and children 12 & under received a free pumpkin, from the barnyard pumpkin patch. Just so there is no confusion, our pumpkin patch is man made. As the growing season here in the North doesn't always allow time to grow pumpkins.
We will again be doing a pumpkin patch as it was a huge hit with the kids. Not only did they get to experience the farm but they got to pick out their own pumpkin to take home.
For the month of Oct 2011 starting Oct 8 every Sat & Sun 11am to 4pm will be open for the pumpkin patch until they are all gone.
